VPNGL Service Principles

International access plans focused on everyday use, clear service delivery and privacy.

Cross-border access and device connections

VPNGL offers subscription plans for people who need access to international websites, AI tools and streaming services, with coverage across 110+ countries and 170+ routes. It works on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous connections, so you can use the same subscription on your work computer and personal devices. Plan options, data allowances and billing terms are listed on the Plans page for review before you get started.

Route selection and troubleshooting

Choose a route based on how it performs in practice, taking your network, destination service and time of use into account. A nearby route is not necessarily the best-performing one. Start with the route list, then test the app you want to use after connecting. Service availability may also depend on regional policies and account status. If something isn’t working, use the quick start guide to check for subscription updates and review your connection settings. Then open a support ticket in the panel with your platform, route and a description of the issue. Do not share your password or full subscription link. VPNGL offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund; see the refund policy for how to request one.

Privacy and data minimization

VPNGL follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service operations follow data-minimization principles, collecting only what is needed to manage accounts, orders and support requests. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Quantum encryption describes connection security, but it does not replace keeping your devices and account secure. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling and your rights, and review the Terms of Service before using the service.
