Sign in to the user panel with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login details safe. You will need this account to check orders, access subscription links, and submit support tickets.
Open the plans page and confirm the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing method. Pay close attention to the difference between monthly plans and data packages; a data package that never expires does not provide a new allowance each month.
After creating an order, choose a payment method at checkout and follow the instructions. For USDT payments, use the network, amount, and instructions shown at checkout. Do not reuse details from a previous order.
After payment, return to the user panel to check your order history and plan status. Once the plan is active, get your subscription link and import it into a client. Follow the quick start guide for detailed instructions.

First, confirm that the order is marked as completed. Then check the plan name, available data, and validity period. Monthly plan data resets based on the activation date, not at the start of the calendar month for all accounts.

If you have completed payment but the order status is still unconfirmed, refresh your order history and check the payment result before taking further action. Do not pay again. If you need help, submit a ticket through the user panel with the order details and a description of the issue.

Include only the order details needed to investigate the issue. Do not share your password, full subscription link, or other sensitive account information. If you attach a screenshot, hide anything unrelated so support can focus on the problem.

The lowest plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly plans and data packages are billed differently, so compare both the price and data validity period before choosing.

How many devices can use one plan at the same time?

Unlimited simultaneous connections. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited connections do not mean unlimited data, so consider the combined data needs of your devices. Access to clients and subscription links is available in the user panel.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 30 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal, identifying the relevant order. Which payment methods are accepted?

When does monthly data reset, and how are plan upgrades calculated?

Monthly data resets on the plan's activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Check the activation date, data status, and upgrade result in the user panel; resets do not all happen at the start of the calendar month. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire.

Do I need an email address to get started?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe; after signing in, you can view plans, orders, clients, and subscription links. If you contact support, do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.
