Service Content and Scope
VPNGL provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 110+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users manage plans and access client apps and subscription details through the dashboard. The specific route names and available exit locations are shown in the dashboard.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for prices, data allowances, and billing details, and check the service included with your order before choosing a plan.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publicly share links, screenshots, or configuration files containing access credentials. If you notice an unusual login or a leaked subscription, change your credentials promptly and report the issue through a dashboard ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use on devices belonging to the account holder. This does not permit distributing the service to others. You may not resell or rent out an account or subscription without authorization, share an account or subscription link with others, or use the service to provide paid access to a third party. Account holders are responsible for managing connections and data use on their devices.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their use, as well as the terms of the websites, apps, and content platforms they access. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, unlawful distribution, malicious attacks, data theft, or other illegal activity, or disrupt the normal operation of another person's device or network.
The service provides connectivity; it does not grant permission to access third-party content or change third parties' account, regional, or content rules. Users are responsible for confirming that their access and use of content are lawful, and for any liability arising from their conduct under applicable law.
Service Availability and Liability
Network performance depends on factors such as local access, device configuration, international links, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, route changes, third-party network failures, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions, changes to exit locations, or access issues. VPNGL does not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, a fixed speed, or uninterrupted connections.
If an issue occurs, users can consult the FAQ and submit a dashboard ticket with their device platform, the circumstances, and any error message. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription credentials. Liability is determined under applicable law and based on the specific facts. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit rights users have under applicable law.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If VPNGL detects illegal use, unauthorized resale or sharing, malicious attacks on service infrastructure, or similar conduct, it may take measures based on the risk, including restricting connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. Access may also be temporarily restricted to address leaked credentials or security incidents. Any action should be proportionate to the risk.
Users who disagree with an action may explain the situation and provide necessary materials through a dashboard ticket. Account actions do not automatically replace the refund rules: a full refund may be requested without reason within 30 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for details.
Terms Changes and Inquiries
VPNGL may update these terms in response to service changes or changes in laws and regulations. Updates and the last-updated month will be shown on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or dashboard notice. Read any changes before continuing to use the service. For questions, contact us through a dashboard ticket.
For details on how personal information is handled, see the Privacy Policy. If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, that provision takes precedence, and the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
