Account & subscriptions

Protect your account details, verify your configuration source, and then update or transfer devices.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password from the account creation page in the user panel, following the on-screen instructions. Save your login details securely, and use a password you don’t use on other websites. Store your username and password in a trusted password manager. Since accounts aren’t linked to email addresses, don’t rely on email recovery as the default way to regain access. If you can’t log in, check the Contact Us page for available support options. Never share your password or full subscription link with support.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it?

Sign in to the user panel and find the subscription option in your account overview. Import it into your client using the method shown on the page. If you’ve already imported the subscription, find the existing entry in the client’s subscription or configuration list and update it. Then check that the configuration is enabled and the server list loads. If the update fails, make sure your device can reach the panel, then check your account and plan status. Don’t repeatedly add configurations with the same name, as you may end up using an old entry. If the subscription option in the panel has changed, import it again using the information currently shown there.

Do I need a different plan to switch devices or use multiple devices at once?

There’s no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, and switching devices alone doesn’t require a new plan. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel on your new device, open the client page, and follow the instructions for your platform to get a client and import your subscription. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your remaining data and plan status. When you stop using an old device, remove its subscription configuration to avoid leaving account access details on a device you no longer manage.

Can I share my subscription link with someone to help troubleshoot?

Treat your subscription link as account access information. Don’t post it in public forums, shared documents, or unfamiliar online conversion tools. If you need help troubleshooting, share the client name, operating system, error message, and screenshots with sensitive details covered. You usually don’t need to share the full link. If you think someone else has obtained it, sign in to the user panel and check whether a reset option is available. If you can’t find one, ask support through a ticket. After resetting the link, update the subscription on all your devices so you no longer use the old configuration.

Connections & troubleshooting

Troubleshoot in order: local network, subscription configuration, then app routing. Avoid reinstalling unnecessarily.

Where can I get the client, and why do I need to import a subscription after installing it?

Find the client link in the user panel. Marketing pages don’t provide installers or live subscription links directly. Sign in to the panel, open the client page, and follow the instructions for your device; check that page for any download requirements. The client establishes the connection, while the subscription provides the configuration and server details for your account. They serve different purposes. After installing the client, import your subscription, enable the configuration, and choose a server. Don’t use installation files from untrusted sources or mistake someone else’s subscription for your account configuration.

Why can’t I open a webpage even though the client says it’s connected?

A connected status usually means the client has established a connection; it doesn’t guarantee that every app’s traffic is being routed as expected. First, disconnect the client temporarily and check that your local network can reach commonly used websites. Reconnect, make sure your own subscription configuration is enabled, and try another server. If only a particular site fails, check app routing, DNS, and the site’s status. Change one setting at a time and keep the error message so you can identify the cause without changing servers and rules simultaneously.

Why does my browser work, but an app doesn’t use the proxy?

Different apps may use different network paths, so a working browser doesn’t mean other apps use the same routing settings. Check whether the client’s system proxy or equivalent traffic-routing mode is enabled, then see if the app is covered by a direct-connection rule, an exclusion list, or per-app settings. If the client offers a temporary troubleshooting mode, compare results after checking what it does, then restore your usual configuration. Also check the app’s own region and account requirements; a network route can’t replace eligibility for the service.

How do I reconnect after my device wakes from sleep or switches networks?

A connection may need to be re-established after your device wakes from sleep or switches networks. First, make sure your local network is back online, then disconnect and reconnect in the client. If the server list won’t update, return to the subscription list and update it manually. On Android, check background activity and battery-saving settings to make sure the client isn’t paused in the background. If the same issue occurs every time you switch networks, note your device platform, the client’s error message, and what triggered the issue, then send those details in a support ticket instead of repeatedly reinstalling the client.

Speed & servers

Separate server performance, app requirements, and your local network to make comparisons useful.

Which regions do the servers cover, and how should I choose one?

VPNGL covers 110+ countries / 170+ servers. The options currently available are listed in the user panel and your subscription. Choose a region based first on the service you want to access, then on how well the connection works on your network—not just its geographic distance or server name. Compare options using the same app and network, checking page load times, connection stability, and overall performance. A region shown in the server list doesn’t guarantee access to every third-party service; verify availability after connecting.

What should I check first if streaming buffers or pages slow down at peak times?

Pause downloads, syncs, and large file transfers on your device. Check that your Wi-Fi signal is stable and other websites load normally, then compare servers in the same app. If other network activity is also slow, troubleshoot your local network first. If the problem occurs only on one server, keep the comparison results and choose one that performs better. When streaming, you can also temporarily lower the video quality to see if sustained data transfer is a factor. In your support ticket, include when the issue occurred, the region used, and how the app performed. Don’t send your full subscription details.

If AI tools or streaming services won’t open, does that mean the server is down?

Not necessarily. AI tools and streaming services may also check your account region, service availability, payment eligibility, device environment, or their own security controls. First, check that regular webpages load through your current server, then review the specific error from the service. If it points to account or region requirements, follow that service’s rules. To test another server, keep other settings the same and reopen the app after switching. VPNGL provides network connectivity and doesn’t guarantee that specific platforms, content catalogs, or features will be available in every region or at all times.

How should I understand quantum encryption, connection status, and actual access?

Quantum encryption is a key part of VPNGL’s security messaging, but it doesn’t replace checks of your device, account, or actual network path. The client’s connection status, subscription update results, and whether an app can load are separate indicators and should be checked individually. Keep your operating system and client up to date, handle unfamiliar links with care, and protect your account access details. If you suspect an app isn’t using the expected server, compare the client’s connection logs, exit region, and routing settings. Cover sensitive fields before sharing screenshots of logs.

Billing & refunds

Check prices, data, and orders separately. Review the full policy before requesting a refund.

What do monthly plans cost, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Choose a plan based on your usual usage and the consumption records in the panel, not just the number of devices. Before upgrading, review the change details and order information shown in the panel, and make sure you understand how the remaining days are handled. If the result differs from what you expected, confirm it through a support ticket before proceeding. Don’t assume additional discounts or billing periods.

What’s the difference between a data package and a monthly plan?

Data packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, while data packages let you use data as needed based on actual consumption. These are different billing options, not equivalent monthly allowances. Before choosing, check the full prices on the plans page and your account status in the panel. If you already have a plan and have questions about changes, combining plans, or the order in which allowances are used, follow the panel’s instructions. If the page doesn’t clarify, ask support through a ticket.

Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my panel hasn’t updated after payment?

We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Start the payment process from the order page in the user panel, and check the plan name, amount, and order status before proceeding. If you’ve paid but the panel hasn’t updated, return to the order list, refresh it, and check the existing order. Don’t repeat the payment just because the page hasn’t updated yet. If the payment record and order status don’t match, send support a ticket with the order ID, payment method, and proof of payment with sensitive details covered. Don’t post full payment details publicly. The panel records and support response determine the status of your order.

How do I request a refund, and what information should I provide?

VPNGL offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Before applying, review the refund policy, then sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket explaining that you’d like a refund. Include the order ID and payment record so the order can be verified. You don’t need to complete every connection troubleshooting step before submitting a request. If you also need help with a connection issue, describe your platform and the error separately. Don’t include your password or full subscription link in the ticket. Refund coverage, eligibility, and next steps are governed by the refund policy and the response after verification. This page doesn’t promise a processing time or payment method.
